President & CEO
Aditya Sharma, President & CEO, KloudGaze, Inc., has garnered immense experience working with Tech giants including Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle. Throughout his career, Aditya has seen how difficult it is for large companies to make changes to their applications and business systems, stay compliant with ever-changing regulations and guidelines, and be proactive to emerging security threats. He also saw that many of the practices employed in even today’s day and age in software development were still highly manual needed and lacked automation. “Companies are spending hundreds of billions of dollars on tasks, which even though are highly critical but are still manual and lack efficiency. With these learnings, I decided that there has got to be a better way effect changes to applications and business systems than the way we are doing it today and this led to the creation of the industry’s first ‘Fully Automated Code Level Dependency Mapping Platform’.”
KloudGaze, Inc. is a Minnesota-based enterprise software provider enabling rapid innovation and keeping the operations safe, compliant and manageable. Aditya founded it, who conceived the flagship product to help organizations innovate and modernize legacy systems while minimizing the cost and risk of business disruptions and ensuring regulatory compliance. “Our strategy to thwart competition is very simple. First to start with, at this time we do not have any real competition as we are the only fully automated agentless technology solution on the planet. Our closest competition are the consulting and services companies like IBM, Accenture and others. Rather than competing with them, we will showcase our value proposition to them and convert them into partners,” explains Aditya. “Our studies have shown that services companies can INCREASE their profit margins by upto 40% by using our solution. So rather than have them compete with us we will partner with them. My biggest com-petition will come from someone like me who will want to take a different spin in this area.” To thwart that, Aditya knows they have a three-year head start. To build a competing technology will take anyone a minimum of 3 years. Our strategy is to build effective entry barriers within this timeframe by rapid market penetration, garnering a strong “mind share and growth by acquisition We have recently completed our first acquisition ion this space and are looking for more” Hence, the potential customers, partners, and even potential competitors will recognize and acknowledge us as the experts in this domain.
KloudGaze, Inc. is a proprietary technology that’s going through a patenting process as well. Using smart APIs and a proprietary algorithm, their solution extracts the information from a customer’s enterprise environment, encrypts it, and sends it to the cloud-based servers, where another proprietary algorithm decrypts the data and assembles it into a graphical model. “Our technology is industry neutral and its applicable to every large organization on the planet that has IT systems and business applications running in the enterprise,” says Aditya. “Organizations typically have tens of thousands of applications and databases with billions of lines of code built upon multiple platforms. With this level of complexity, organizations still do not have any view on how these billions of lines of code cut across each other.” So whenever there is a need to make even a small change, someone has to manually figure out all the touchpoints, breakpoints in the enterprise before making the change else, things would break, and we see that so many times. More importantly, non-compliance to key regulatory requirements that exists in code-level applications is always an ongoing gap. KloudGaze, Inc. technology is the only fully automated solution to bridge this gap.
One of the world’s largest airlines, Delta, had to ground all its aircraft for over two weeks completely and could not fully resume its flight operations to normalcy for over a month as all flight operation systems crashed. Some changes to their Mainframe systems were made, pushed into production, and the key area of analyzing “dependencies” was not performed correctly. When the changes were pushed into production, one system after the other started crashing till all the flight operating systems, including the Mainframe, crashed. It took Delta weeks to find the problem and fix everything, but it cost Delta billions of dollars in costs and loss of revenues. Another case study, a large US Bank, TCF, recently went through a merger. As part of the merger, when the banking systems of the two banks were integrated, again some key dependencies were missed. As such, TCF customers could not perform basic banking operations like withdrawing cash from ATMs, online banking, and more. Case studies and examples are plenty; KloudGaze, Inc. has been designed to with such issues in mind.
KloudGaze, Inc. is working on bringing the world’s first automated one-click migration to the cloud. This new product, which is in development currently, will be the world’s first solution that will allow users to identify and analyze applications and databases which would benefit from moving to the cloud, allowing customers to select a cloud of choice (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.), and will automatically migrate the applications or database to the cloud including making automatic code changes, if needed.

For the days to come, KloudGaze Inc. will be concentrating on offering the best of technology to their client while also giving back to society. “I have decided that beginning 202 KloudGaze will be donating 5% of its revenues, pre-tax, equally to 5 charities, globally. In the future I will expand on this to including additional charities and dollars but to start with from this year, 5% of all our pre-tax revenues will go to charities,” says Aditya.
“We want to democratize data by making flexible and usable data tools – We want everyone to be a data scientist”
