With over 1.7 million corona cases in the United States and the more than 103,455 deaths in the last two months had left the companies and the economy to fluctuate and more people unemployed. The government and healthcare officials have tried their best to control the situation by requesting people to be at home and stay safe.

George Floyd’s death has outraged and has triggered the whole of the country to come on the road to protest against the racism and police brutality in the country. It is the 7th day and people have come down the streets across major cities and taken part in the protest. There were damages all over the country there were loots and many more.

As people have come down the street to protest the possibility of spreading of coronavirus has increased n number of times. Corona is usually transmitted when you speak to the infected person or if you cough or any drop of liquid from an infected body entering the suspect causes spread in the corona. Even though we could see people wearing masks all around, this would not help us control the pandemic. There may be people who are in the protest and will be the reason for the spread of corona to others. Also, you can expect people to take back the corona to a different place or home without their knowledge. We are unaware of the possibility here.

The officials also made a statement as it would be really difficult to control the situation and also it would be better to get corona tested once back from the protest in the coming days. “If you were out protesting last night, you probably need to go get a COVID test this week,” Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms said Saturday at a news conference. “There is still a pandemic in America that’s killing black and brown people at higher numbers.”
